Het gaat om richting, keuzes, inrichting en uitvoering, en vooral om de mate waarin die op elkaar aansluiten. Goede plannen maken strategie tastbaar en geven mensen houvast om op te sturen.<br><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Deze vier lagen bepalen samen of strategie ook echt werkbaar wordt in de praktijk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading has-text-align-center\"><br><br>Waarom ik zo werk<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center wp-block-paragraph\">Organisaties lossen vaak symptomen op terwijl de echte frictie ergens anders zit. Door systemisch te kijken naar richting, keuzes, inrichting en ritme ontstaat sneller scherpte op wat er werkelijk nodig is.
